CRM concept: A quote proposes a price before a sale is agreed. It lists the items, the quantities, and the total, so the customer sees exactly what they are buying and for how much.
Note: Quotes are free. Turning an accepted quote into an invoice, and collecting payment, are FlyCRM Pro features. See Invoices and payments.
FlyCRM gives the quote a number with your prefix, for example QUO-0001.

Every quote has a public link. A customer opens the link without a WordPress login. From the frontend page, the customer can accept, decline, or request changes.
Copy the link from the quote and send it however you like.

You can keep quote records of what the customer does with it:
FlyCRM records when each event happens, so you know where every quote stands.
When a customer accepts a quote, the next step is an invoice. Raising an invoice from a quote tracking payment, and collecting money online are FlyCRM Pro features.
If the status is accepted, you can turn the quotation into an invoice from here.
