WooCommerce

FlyCRM turns WooCommerce customers into CRM contacts and keeps their order history on the contact. This page connects WooCommerce, chooses which orders sync, and imports past customers.

CRM concept: Your store already holds your best leads — the people who bought. A CRM turns those buyers into contacts you can sell to again.

What the integration does

After setup, FlyCRM:

  • Creates a contact from a WooCommerce order automatically.
  • Adds a status and a tag to each new customer.
  • Records order history on the contact: total order value, order count, average order value, and the last order.
  • Logs each order to the contact's activity timeline.

Connect WooCommerce

  1. Make sure that WooCommerce is installed and active.
  2. Go to FlyCRM > Settings > Integrations.
  3. Open the WooCommerce section.
  4. Turn the integration on.

Screenshot needed: The WooCommerce section of Settings > Integrations, switched on, with the trigger-status list and the new-customer status and tag fields visible. Highlight the order-status selector.

Choose which orders sync

Not every order should create a contact. Choose the order statuses that trigger a sync, for example Processing and Completed. An order in an unselected status creates no contact.

  1. In the WooCommerce settings, open the order-status list.
  2. Select the statuses that should create a contact.
  3. Select Save.

Set a status and tag for new customers

Give every new customer a starting status and a tag. For example, set the status to Customer and add the tag woocommerce. This separates store buyers from other contacts, so you can filter them later.

Read order history on a contact

Open a contact created from an order. The profile shows:

  • Total order value
  • Order count
  • Average order value
  • Last order details

Each order also appears in the activity timeline with its date and amount.

Screenshot needed: A contact profile with the WooCommerce order-history block — total value, order count, average order value — and orders in the activity timeline. Highlight the order-history totals.

Import your past customers

Turning the integration on affects new orders from that point. To bring in customers who bought before, run the historical import:

  1. In the WooCommerce settings, find the historical import option.
  2. Start the import.
  3. Wait for it to finish. FlyCRM backfills your existing customers as contacts with their order history.

Note: A large store can take a while to import. Let the import finish before you judge the result.
