How to edit or delete an activity

You can change or remove an activity after you log it. Each activity card shows an edit button and a delete button. This guide shows how to edit or delete an activity.

Edit an activity

1. Open the record and find the activity on the timeline.
2. Move the pointer over the activity card. The edit and delete buttons show.
3. Click the pencil button to edit the activity.

1. Change the activity text or fields.
2. Click the save button, for example Update Note.

FlyCRM saves the change. The timeline shows the new text.

Delete an activity

1. Find the activity on the timeline.
2. Click the trash button on the activity card.
3. Confirm the delete.

CAUTION: A deleted activity cannot be restored. Make sure that you select the correct activity before you delete it.

FlyCRM removes the activity from the timeline. The delete does not change the record itself.
