Pro Features
FlyCRM Pro gives your customers a self-service portal. A customer signs in on your own site and sees their quotes and invoices, pays an invoice, updates their details, and changes their password. You stop emailing the same PDF twice and answering "what do I owe?" by hand.
The portal is a page you publish with a shortcode or a block. What a visitor sees depends on who they are:
Each customer only ever sees their own records. The portal reads the contact linked to the signed-in account and shows that contact's documents.
[flycrm_portal].Both the block and the shortcode render the same portal.

A customer needs a WordPress account that is linked to their CRM contact. FlyCRM links them in three ways:
Once linked, the customer signs in on the portal page and sees their records.
Note: New accounts are created with the Subscriber role. This role cannot reach the WordPress admin, so a customer only ever sees the portal page.
The portal opens with a set of tabs down the side:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | A summary: how many quotes and invoices they have, and their outstanding balance |
| Quotes | Every quote you have sent them |
| Invoices | Every invoice you have sent them, with the balance due |
| Profile | Their name, phone, and mobile, which they can edit |
| Security | A form to change their password |
Draft quotes and invoices never appear. A customer sees a document only after you send it.

The Quotes and Invoices tabs list the documents in a table with the number, date, title, total, status, and — for invoices — the balance due. Each row has actions:
Long lists page ten at a time.
