Pro Features
FlyCRM Pro adds a catalog of the things you sell. Save a product or a service once, then pull it into a quote or an invoice and the line fills in on its own. You stop retyping the same title, price, and unit every time.
Go to FlyCRM > Products. Pro adds this page to the sidebar.
The list shows every product and service, with its title, SKU, type, price, and created date. Use the search box to find one by title, and the All Types filter to show Products only, Services only, or all.

Each catalog entry has these fields:
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Yes | The name that shows on the invoice line |
| SKU | No | Your own code for the item. It must be unique across the catalog |
| Description | No | A short line that copies onto the invoice under the title |
| Price | Yes | The default unit price. It cannot be negative |
| Unit Label | No | How you sell it, such as per hour, per month, or per seat |
| This is a service | No | Turn it on to mark the entry as a service instead of a product |
The price uses your CRM's currency, set in your business profile. A product and a service behave the same on an invoice. The type is a label that helps you sort the catalog.

If you enter a SKU that another product already uses, FlyCRM stops the save and tells you the SKU is taken. Give it a different code.
Deleting a product does not change invoices that already use it. See the next section.
You add products while you build a quote or an invoice:

FlyCRM adds a line with the product's title, description, unit price, and unit label already filled in, and a quantity of 1. Change the quantity or the price on the line if this deal is different.
To save a new product without leaving the invoice, select Create New Product at the bottom of the search box. FlyCRM saves it to the catalog and adds it to the invoice in one step.
When you add a product to an invoice, FlyCRM copies its values onto the line at that moment. The line keeps those values for good.
This keeps every invoice a true record of what you charged, even after your catalog changes.
Products follow the same ownership rule as the rest of the CRM. An agent sees and edits the products they created. A manager sees and edits every product. Permanent deletion needs the higher permission. See Team roles and permissions.
